The location was perfect for me, right next to Levanto, Monterosso al Mare, and the train station. the breakfast spread was delicious, featuring a variety of freshly made breads, cereal, cakes, and fruit.

Thoroughly enjoyed bbc channel and Wi-Fi in the room. The breakfast was great with Italian treats and juice, as example.

Really enjoyed our time here. Everything was great, had a great stay during a future visit. The venue was set in the central position close to minutes from the train station for access to the rest of the cinque terre villages, the train station and beach, and restaurant...

The room we stayed in was a queen room with a separate bedroom and two air conditioners, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs.

The hotel was located so close to the front garden where the drinks were served alongside free snacks very pleasant: and Cinque Terre great location and facility and rail station. The most important was the staff - amiable and superfriendly people. Neat rooms with 2 single beds and friendly service - just as we expected. The location was magnificent, close to Cinque Terre Towns.

The staff here is exceptional and welcoming, and the location is amazing, being very close to the train station.

The staff were such a delight, nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The hotel and grounds were so welcoming. A perfect location only metres from the shore.I loved everything about this hotel and would go back there in a flash.

The view of the sea was partially obstructed, although the hotel did not represent that I would get an unobstructed view.

Hotel Palme in Monterosso al Mare offers clean and stylish rooms with nice air conditioning. the staff is extremely helpful and provides plenty of useful information. the service is top-notch and the breakfast is delicious.

Close proximity to everything: Beach, Train Station, Boat Dock, Restaurants/Bars, Sightseeing, Shopping, etc. Reception and housekeeping staff very helpful and friendly--ask for "Emma". Request Room 401 for the best Hotel Palme view of the Ligurian Sea--top floor and a corner balcony.

The shower water temperature fluctuated occasionally and the shower hose became disconnected from the wall/faucet, but they did repair it quickly with a whole new shower head.

Room was was a reasonable size. View to the mountains great. Close to station and the staff very helpful.

The floor of the room had loose tiles. Bathroom very tight .

The location of the hotel is fantastic and perfect, very close to the Trainstation. the breakfast offers a great variety of options including bread, cereal, cakes, and fruit. - the service at the hotel is excellent, with attentive staff.
